Psychology and Learning Center (PLC) is committed to providing affirming and individualized behavioral health services to individuals of all ages and walks of life. We specialize in providing the three main components of outpatient behavioral service under one roof—neuropsychological evaluation, individual and group therapy, and medication management—in an effort to provide the highest and most integrated quality of care for our patients.
We strive to collaborate with school districts, primary care facilities, hospitals, and other social service agencies throughout the greater Pittsburgh region to ensure coordination of services.

Our evaluations are typically conducted over three sessions.
We currently have a number of therapists ready to support you or your child.
Medication management is an effective tool in treating mental health symptoms.
PCIT is a short-term therapy designed for young children, aged two through seven.
Our services help teach a child various skills to manage difficulties in their life.
Our groups are usually comprised of 5 to 10 individuals who meet face to face.
PLC offers counseling services as well as medication management and components of psychological service to clients through a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform. A growing number of individuals are opting for telehealth to meet their mental health care needs.
Please be advised, however, that not all insurance plans support telehealth services.
